Hernoko D. Wibowo is a law graduate (S.H.) from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia
– Jakarta, and he obtains his Master Degree (M.H.) on Economic Law from
University of Indonesia. His labor law work includes drafting company
regulations/collective labor agreements, employment agreements,
resignation letters, and secondment agreements. He has assisted clients
in negotiating the settlement of disputes with employee(s) in bipartite
negotiations, before a mediator, Industrial Relation Court. He achieved “the Certificate of Introduction to International Arbitration conducted by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – Singapore Branch” which gained him Associate membership in Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Hernoko Having licence as Receiver & Administrator (Kurator dan Pengurus – AKPI) and become expert advise to legal bureau of Ministry of Youth and Sports of Republic of Indonesia (Tenaga Ahli pada Kementerian Pemuda dan Olah Raga) until December 2020, member of Result Management of NADO (National Anti-Doping Board) , Vice Legal of Association of National Olympic World Beach Game 2023 member of Legal, HR, Volunteer division of Indonesia Asian Para Games Organizing Committee 2018.

His credential in Commercial Dispute and Arbitration:

-Represent PT. Dwipa Manunggal Kontena (the company which handling container yard against plaintiff-PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas in civil claim US$ 1,105,072.00

-Represented PT. Plaza Lifestyle Prima (fX Sudirman) in submit the petition of Bankruptcy against PT. Bali Deli Indonesia

-Represented PT. Plaza Lifestyle Prima (fX Sudirman) as Bankruptcy applicant against PT. Pongs Indonesia (Do It Best Pongs Home Center)

-Represented PT. Dwipa Manunggal Kontena in proceed the claim against PT. Asuransi Multi Artha Guna Tbk to Arbitration Ad Hoc.

-Represented PT. Glorious Interbuana Freight Forwarder in civil lawsuit against the manufatured company.

His experience in Employment and Industrial Relation:

-Advising PT. Novartis Indonesia in all Employment matters.

-Advising PT. Anugrah Pharmindo Lestari (a member of Zuellig Pharma Holdings) in all Employment matters.

-Advising PT. Toyota-Astra Motor in all Employment matters.

-Advising ASSA/PT. Adi Sarana Armada in reviewing commercial contracts and Employment issues.

-Represented PT. Sodexo Indonesia in Employment issues

-Represented DHL Express (represented by PT. Birotika Semesta) in employee’s termination.

-Handles the case of PT. Pollux Indonesia Textile Industries which terminate more than 1200 employees.

-Represented PT. Monsanto Indonesia (PTMSI) in reviewing all documents related company regulation and negotiates with PTMSI employees.

-Advising CNOOC SES Ltd in all Employment and Industrial Relation matters since 2004.

-Advising PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia (MEAINA) in all Employment and Industrial Relation matters.

-Advising PT. Indoporlen for reviewing Collective Labor Agreement and aquisition process in relation to the Employment and Industrial Relation matters.

Mr. Wibowo has also been
involved in the establishment and closure of limited liability
companies. He has assisted in drafting joint venture agreements,
articles of association, and minutes of general meetings of
shareholders, sale and purchase of shares agreements and also preparing
applications for corporate licenses. He has played in active role in
negotiating investment proposals with government agencies.

Mr. Wibowo also active in Indonesian BAR Association (Vice Chairman of DPC Peradi Jakarta Selatan), active member of American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia, British Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia, Founder of I-BAR Golf Club (Lawyers Golf Club), Chairman of Hipmi Golf Club – Jaya for 1 period (2014-2017). As part of Corporate Social Responsibility program for SUDJONO & REKAN, he become a lecture in Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia-Jakarta since 2008, consentrate in Civil Law Court Procedure and Comparative Law.
